Lindsey has an extensive background in holistic health, a bachelors of science and has worked under the world’s leading naturopath. She has her 200 hr YYT in Yoga and is the Social Media Manager for top modeling agency, Urban Talent. Through her own journey and healing from Lyme disease in 2019, she has been able to use her background and experience to help others find alternative paths for their own healing and pain management. Lindsey uses her knowledge the human body, how it stores and releases energy, to promote health and longevity, incorporating yoga and meditation into her daily practices.

She is also the mother of 4, 3 girls and 1 boy. She has a passion for the great outdoors and believes nature has all the tools we need to obtain healing, peace and balance in our lives. She graduated from BSU in 2013 with a B.S. in Health Science and has since continued her education in health and wellness coaching.
